Breathe in, Breathe out

Ever since I took the plunge into the plethora of digital careers, I’ve become less patient and tolerant of internet incompetence. I’ve always been surrounded by brilliant IT developers, coders and talented graphic artists. The people that surrounded me didn’t need an explanation of how or why something works online; it was just common knowledge. As I became more familiar with search, html, web design and basic IT functions, I expected more from my power sources and programs. I finally quit bumping off unsecured networks last year and signed up for cable at home. I purchased my first ever Mac product, the MBP, and flipped it with the latest goodies Photoshop, Skitch, Jing, etc.

I have to admit, it’s hard to go back to a PC and I’ve been surprised at myself when I forget a simple function in Windows. When I first started as a mobile marketing PM 3 years ago, I always associated designers with Macs since everyone else worked on Dells. I laugh at myself now because I’m the on

I don’t know what the hell happened to the rest of my blog post. I posted it in full a couple of hours ago and now half of it has mysteriously disappeared. Today is not a good internet day. :(
