Vacation
I’m in Richmond, Virginia at the moment and currently on hiatus from my vacation. We haven’t figure out if it’s a severe allergy attack or a cold. I’ve been taking medications for both possibilities for maximum defense. It got the best of me today, however. While my friends are having fun kayaking and hiking in the Shenandoah wilderness, I’m stuck at my friend’s apt with no car. No matter though, I’m just happy he has wifi and a comfy bed. Sleeping on a twin air mattress doesn’t help when you’re sick and I think that has aided in my weakness and crappy feeling. I’m very sad that I’m missing out on the beautiful Virginian landscape, but I’d rather rest up and save my energy for our trip to Washington D.C. tomorrow. I just hope that whatever bug I have, it will go away and let me breathe again.
