Sick Sense
I should seriously consider my own psychic practice. I swear, every time I randomly think of someone that hasn’t crossed my mind in months or years, they magically appear in my life via phone call or meeting in the street. Deja vu is an old friend of mine.
IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT BLOGS ANYMORE
BusinessWeek posted an article this morning in retrospect to its 2005 story “Blogs Will Change Your Business.” They’ve come to the self-realization that today’s business world is beyond blogs which are just one of the do-it-yourself tools out there on the net. Social connectors like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are changing the dynamics of...

Between G & Me
How can I break down the walls that took years to build inside? I need to heal me. How do I allow them to fall to reveal what’s under my hide? I need to open me. How do I look back on times where I chose the wrong path? I need to forgive me. How can I look past others’ crimes and not judge the aftermath? I need to teach me. How can I be sure what’s right, what’s just and good for...

Karaoke Song List
I’m finally going to stop putting this off and put together a list of sure-to-win songs for my next karaoke adventure in Koreatown. In no particular order:

“I Will Always Love You” - Whitney Houston
“Don’t Stop Believin’” - Journey
“Hero” - Mariah Carey
...

A Bit Rusty, But Here Goes
As the spring breeze sweeps the city streets and the sun lingers longer around the day, I can’t help but compare the way we meet and how you make me feel the same way. So simple like how cream melts in my tea or the pleasure of a cat rubbing my skin, being around you seems too easy, so free. I feel alive and pure inside from within. Just as those who wait at the terminal gates to embrace...

Social Media Consumer Personalities
The following is an exerpt from a recent Ad Age article on several social media demographics which can be found in full here.
Simmons Research, an Experian company, has chronicled the predilections of consumers in its National Consumer Study since 1960, and recently added social media to its survey. That includes social-networking sites, blogs, message boards, podcasts and e-mail. Simmons agreed...

Hope you all enjoyed the spectacular weather we had this weekend. Here’s this week’s digital download and don’t forget to have a cerveza in honor of Cinco De Mayo! WHAT IS YAHOO TO DO NOW? For those who have been keeping up with the Microsoft/Yahoo saga, shocking news came last Saturday when Microsoft announced its bid withdrawal. Apparently Microsoft’s increased offer of $33 per share wasn’t...
I was blown away from yesterday’s news of the status of Microsoft/Yahoo’s bidding war. I have been predicting over the past few months that Yahoo would put aside its pride and see the benefits of a merge with Microsoft and succumb to its offer. Apparently, even after Microsoft raised its bid to $33 a share (which in itself was not was predicted) Yahoo’s CEO Yang wouldn’t...

This reminds me of display ads in paid search. Facebook needs to work on its geotargeting capabilities, though.
